Returns & Exchanges Policy

At RareAF®, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully.

1. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Time Frame: We accept returns and exchanges for full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.

  • Final Sale Items: The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Sale."

    • Accessories (e.g., hats, socks).

    • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [Your Customer Service Email, e.g., shop@rareaf.love] within the 14-day window with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Provide Details: Please let us know the reason for the return and whether you desire a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  3. Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond with authorization and specific return shipping instructions. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

  • We strongly recommend that you use a trackable and insured shipping service. RareAF® is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

  • The risk of loss for returned items transfers to us only once the package is received at our facility.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • We are happy to exchange an item for a different size, subject to availability.

  • If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

  • We will cover the standard shipping cost to send your replacement item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us immediately at shop@rareaf.love with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and swiftly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

7. International Returns & Duties

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable.

  • International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import duties on returned items.

8. Store Credit

  • Alternatively, you may request store credit for your return, which will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card. This gift card has no expiration date.
